Last updated May 7, 2024
These Trademark & Branding Guidelines (“Guidelines”) apply where eero LLC or its Affiliate(s) (“eero”, “we”, or “us”) has authorized you - a channel partner, such as an internet service provider, authorized distributor, reseller, or professional dealer, or other type of channel partner (“you”) to use eero Marks (defined below) pursuant to a written agreement(s) between you and eero (or one of our affiliates), or in certain limited cases, pursuant to other written approval from a duly authorized eero representative (the “applicable agreement(s)”).
🛈 “eero Marks” has the meaning given in the applicable agreement(s); or if no definition is listed, “eero Marks” means the eero trademarks, logos, trade names, service marks and other source identifiers, each in the approved form provided by eero, together with any goodwill connected with the use of the foregoing and any materials that incorporate the foregoing.
You are permitted to use eero Marks (1) solely for the purpose expressly authorized by eero under the applicable agreement(s), and (2) only in materials that have been approved in advance by eero, and (3) strictly in compliance with these Guidelines.
Any use of the eero Marks in violation of these Guidelines may result in eero pursuing its available remedies under the applicable agreement(s) and under applicable law, including suspending or terminating your permission to use the eero Marks.
When using the eero Marks, you must always:

use only the image(s) of the eero Marks supplied by eero for your use (as updated from time to time)
ensure that the eero Marks appear by themselves, with reasonable spacing between each side of a eero Mark and other visual, graphic or textual elements
include the following statement in materials that display the eero Marks: “eero” and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com Inc., eero LLC or its affiliates (unless otherwise instructed by eero)
if you need to have your mark with or next to an eero Mark, use the | symbol between the marks (and avoid other symbols as explained below in the “never” section), and ensure logos are the same size

blend or merge eero Marks with your or any third-party names or trademarks.

use an eero Mark as part of the product name for your product or any third-party product
use the eero Marks in any manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement by eero other than by using the eero Marks as specifically authorized under the applicable agreement(s)
use the eero Marks to disparage eero, its products or services, or in a manner which, in eero’s sole discretion, may diminish or otherwise damage or tarnish eero’s goodwill in the eero Marks
under no circumstance should the eero Marks be placed on any background which interferes with the readability or display of the eero Marks.
use a trademark symbol with the eero Marks
