What are eero Business Software License Keys?

eero Business Software License Keys are available online and in store at select third-party partner locations, enabling easier access for consumers who are interested in taking advantage of eero Business.

Each license key is valid for a 3 or 5 year fixed term subscription. Users have the option to add credit card details for subscription renewal at the time the key is redeemed.

What countries are the software keys available in?

Software keys can be purchased and redeemed in countries where eero Business subscription services are offered.

How do I redeem a software license I purchased?

First, make sure you have an active and verified eero account and network set up before redeeming your software license. You won't be able to proceed without both.

Second, to be eligible for eero Business, you'll need to make sure of the following:

• You have Wi-Fi 6+ capable hardware (for a full list of compatible hardware, see Which eero models work with eero Business?)

• You don't have an eero Plus subscription

Go to account.eero.com and log in using your account credentials. After logging in, you'll be presented with the option to enter your software license key. This will apply eero Business tools and services to your existing network. If you have multiple networks available, select the network from the drop down menu under "Choose Network."

eero App:

Open and log into the eero App using your account credentials. There are three ways to edit and manage your eero Business subscription from within the app.

If you purchased your software license using the same credentials used to log into the eero App:

1. Navigate to the Home tab of the app

2. Locate the pop-up on the bottom section of the screen that reads "Activate Subscription"

3. Tap Activate Subscription

4. Enter your Software License key on the prompted screen and tap the arrow

5. Confirm and/or select the network you'd like to convert to a business network

6. Tap Activate eero Business

If you choose to activate later, you can locate the activation flow in the app by navigating to Settings then Account settings.

If you already have an eero Business network and have purchased a software license:

1. Navigate to the Settings tab of the app

2. Tap Account settings

3. Tap Manage subscriptions

4. Tap Activate Subscription
