Can I mount my eero on a wall or ceiling?

Yes. eeros work best when placed right side up on a flat surface (and eero Beacons in a vertical wall outlet), but you can mount them on a wall or ceiling if needed.

eero PoE 6 and eero PoE 7

These devices can be mounted to dropped ceilings using a third-party mount from Ventev. eero PoE 6 units should be mounted using the provided device cushions.

Other eero models

We don't provide official mounting accessories for other eero models, but if you choose to mount them, keep the following in mind:

  • Don't use metal mounts — this can cause wifi interference.

  • Make sure the mount is secure to prevent the eero from falling.

  • Don’t use non-eero mounts that require use of the USB-C power port.
