How do I sign up for Malwarebytes?

With eero Plus, you can protect all your devices against various online threats. All subscribers get access to Malwarebytes to protect up to 20 of your supported devices with premium antivirus. Subscribers can also access Identity Protection provided by Malwarebytes.

Requirements

• An eero network with at least one eero installed

• The eero App

• An active eero Plus subscription

• A supported device to install Malwarebytes on (Windows, MacOS, and Android only)

How do I sign up for Malwarebytes from the eero App?

1. Open the eero App, and tap the Home tab

2. Scroll down and tap the box under Privacy & security

3. Tap Identity & device protection

4. Tap the Get started button

5. On the Confirm your information page, ensure the Country of residence field is accurate

6. Tap Confirm and create account. This will take you to the Malwarebytes website

7. Follow the steps provided by Malwarebytes

How do I sign up if I already have a Malwarebytes account?

If you already have a Malwarebytes account, first activate your free Malwarebytes subscription from the eero App using the email address on your account. Then link your existing Malwarebytes account by returning to the Identity & device protection page, tapping Access your Malwarebytes account, and signing in.

Does eero Plus Malwarebytes protection cover iOS devices?

iOS devices are not eligible for Malwarebytes protection through eero Plus. You can still activate your Malwarebytes account and enable Identity Protection through the eero App for iOS.

If you'd like to extend Malwarebytes coverage to your iOS devices, you can subscribe directly through Malwarebytes.
