How are eero Plus payments processed?

How your eero Plus payments are processed depends on the payment method you selected when subscribing. eero doesn't store your payment information regardless of which method you use.

Credit card (Stripe)

If you pay with a credit card — whether you subscribed in the eero app or directly on account.eero.com — your payments are processed by Stripe.

Stripe uses industry-standard encryption to process your credit card information. No payment details are stored by eero.

For more information, see Stripe's security documentation.

Apple Pay

If you selected Apple Pay when subscribing, your payments are processed by Apple. Your payment method is whatever you have on file with your Apple ID.

To update your payment method or view billing history, manage your subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Google Pay

If you selected Google Pay when subscribing, your payments are processed by Google. Your payment method is whatever you have on file with your Google account.

To update your payment method or view billing history, manage your subscriptions in your Google Play settings.

Amazon

If your eero Plus subscription was bundled with an eero hardware purchase on Amazon.com, your payments are processed by Amazon. All billing and payment method updates are handled through Amazon's Memberships & Subscriptions page.

Note: eero Support can't modify payment details for Amazon-bundled subscriptions. Contact Amazon directly for billing changes.
