How do I see how much bandwidth my devices are using?

You can view real-time bandwidth usage for individual devices or your entire network through the eero App.

To see live data usage for a device:

  1. Open the eero App

  2. Locate the desired device under Devices in the Home tab, or search for it in the Devices tab

  3. The device bandwidth usage is listed under Activity

  4. If the device is idle, it will show the last active time

To see live data usage for your whole network:

  1. Open the eero App, and tap Activity

  2. Tap the > (right arrow) next to Uploaded Data

  3. Under Data Usage in the top-left corner, tap Show live usage

The Live Data Usage page will show the Total Download and Total Upload speeds of all devices in use on your network. Devices that aren't currently downloading or uploading any data will have "Idle" below their names.

Note: Local network traffic, such as downloading movies from a local media server, won't factor into these usage numbers.
