How do I set up eero with Sky?

You can set up eero with Sky using Double NAT, Bridge mode, or PPPoE (Ireland only).

Note: Sky does not support Bridge mode on their modem/router because they use MER (MAC Encapsulation Routing) for authentication, which eero does not support.

How do I set up in Double NAT?

1. Connect your gateway eero to your Sky Hub

2. Follow the instructions in the eero App to set up your eero network

3. Turn off your Sky Hub's Wi-Fi to avoid interference:

   • Open your browser and go to 192.168.0.1

   • Log in with username: admin and password: sky (or your Wi-Fi password, case sensitive)

   • Go to Wireless and disable the wireless signal

How do I set up in Bridge mode?

After setting up in Double NAT, you can put your eeros in Bridge mode:

1. Open the eero App, and tap Settings in the bottom-right corner

2. Tap Advanced networking

3. Tap DHCP & NAT

4. Switch your selection from Automatic to Bridge

5. Tap Save

How do I set up with Sky Q mesh system?

The Sky Q system includes a main router and mini boxes. Avoid having multiple devices broadcasting Wi-Fi signals by disabling Wi-Fi on all Sky Q devices and connecting them via Ethernet:

1. Disable Wi-Fi on your Sky Broadband router

2. Disable Wi-Fi on your Sky Q and Q mini boxes (use service mode settings to default to wired connection)

3. Connect your gateway eero to your Sky Broadband router's Ethernet port

4. Connect your Sky Q main box to your gateway eero
