How do I add devices to my network?

Connect devices to your eero network over wifi or with an Ethernet cable.

How to connect a device over wifi

  1. Open your device's wifi settings.

  2. Find and select your eero network name from the list of available networks.

  3. Enter your network password.

Your device should connect in a few seconds.

How to connect a device with Ethernet

  1. Plug an Ethernet cable into an available port on your eero.

  2. Connect the other end of the cable to your device's Ethernet port.

Your device should come online automatically without any additional setup.

Note: After a device joins your network, you can assign it a nickname in the eero app to make it easier to identify.
