How do I manage notifications in the eero App?
You can customize which push notifications you receive and view your notification history in the eero app. Navigate to Settings > Notifications to opt in to mobile push notifications for a variety of network events, including, but not limited to:
Firmware updates
New devices joining
Network status changes
Activity reports
These notifications appear on your lock screen and badge the app icon. Tapping a notification launches the eero app and takes you to the relevant location to take action.
Note: This feature requires eero app version 26.7.0 or later.
How do I view my notifications?
To view your notifications, open the eero app and tap the bell icon in the top-right corner of the home screen. When you have unread notifications, a red dot appears on the bell icon.
Tap the icon to open the Notification center, where you can review details about recent network events. Notifications are grouped by date so you can see what happened and when. You can tap any notification to go to the relevant screen in the app for more details or to take action.
Note: Your Notification center keeps a record of notifications even if you have push notifications turned off. You can still view your notification history at any time.
If you don't have any current notifications, the Notification center displays a "No notifications" message.
To manage your notification preferences, you can tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the Notification center, or navigate to Settings > Notifications.
What notification types can I receive?
These are the notification types that appear in the eero app:

What additional notifications are available with eero Plus?
eero Plus subscribers can enable two additional notification types:
Data Usage Activity sends periodic notifications about your network's data usage. You can set these to occur once per week or once per month.
Weekly Security Activity sends a weekly email about security threats triaged by Advanced Security, such as threat blocks.
