How do I use my Amazon login with eero?

You can sign in to the eero App using your Amazon account credentials. This gives you access to Amazon Connected Home features like Amazon Frustration-Free Setup and Alexa Smart Home Hub, plus Amazon account security features like multi-factor authentication and security alerts. 

New customers can use their Amazon credentials during account creation. If you or your family have multiple Amazon accounts, choose the account you use to control Alexa and your smart home devices. 

Existing customers can switch to Amazon login: 

  1. Tap the Settings tab in the bottom-right corner

  2. Scroll to the bottom, and tap Account settings

  3. Tap Switch to Amazon login

  4. Tap Continue with Amazon to confirm

Once you switch, your previous eero login credentials will no longer be valid.

Note: Switching to Amazon login is permanent and cannot be undone.
