How does the eero Secure to eero Plus transition affect my subscription?
eero Secure has been rebranded to eero Plus. Existing US eero Secure subscribers who are billed directly by eero were transitioned to eero Plus on 2022-11-15. You can learn more about eero Plus and what's included in the What is eero Plus? article.
What changed for existing eero Secure subscribers?
Existing US eero Secure subscribers received an email notifying them of pricing changes and the service transition. Here's how the transition works:
Subscribers remained at their original eero Secure rate until their first renewal date on or after 2022-11-15.
At that renewal, subscribers were automatically moved to eero Plus at 50% off for 12 months ($4.99 per month or $49.99 per year).
After the 12-month discounted period, pricing increased to the standard eero Plus rate of $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year.
