eero Subscription Information.
eero subscriptions include eero Plus and eero for Business (availability varies by country, please see here for a list of available countries). The following information applies to subscriptions purchased on eero.com. If you purchased your subscription through another method, such an In App Payments, or on Amazon, then cancel through that purchase channel.
Eligibility: All eero subscriptions require an eligible eero network and eero account. eero subscriptions purchased from eero.com require that the email address entered at checkout be linked to an eligible eero account in order to use the subscription (cannot be gifted to a non-linked eero account). Certain eero subscriptions are available through resellers including service providers such as broadband internet providers; eero accounts with an eero device supplied by the network owner's service provider are not eligible for eero subscriptions purchased from eero, Amazon, or other resellers; please contact eero or your service provider to discuss your eero subscription options.
Activation: For orders placed on eero.com, the subscription is activated as soon as the email entered at checkout on eero.com is linked to an eligible eero account. If already linked, subscription is activated at time of purchase. If already linked, subscription is activated at time of purchase. If linked to an ineligible eero account, such as an eero account with a pre-existing subscription, or in the case of eero for Business, an account with ineligible devices, the new subscription will not be activated and you will not be charged. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation: Your subscription will automatically renew and continue until you choose to cancel it in [Settings in account.eero.com] (if purchased on eero.com). You authorize us to charge your payment method at the then-applicable subscription price and any taxes upon renewal. Cancel anytime, effective at next renewal date. If your purchase includes a free trial or other included period, you will not be charged until the email address entered at checkout (in the case of eero.com purchases) is linked to an eligible eero account and the free trial or other included period ends.
eero Subscription Terms: By placing your order for an eero subscription product on eero.com, you agree to the applicable eero device and subscription terms. See eero's Privacy Notice for additional information.
Non-Supported Countries: If you ship your eero product purchase outside of a supported country or travel with your eero device to a non-supported country, eero subscriptions may not be available for purchase, and/or your existing eero subscription features may not be available. You can see a list of where eero products and eero subscriptions are supported on the eero website.
Compatibility Disclaimers: The eero Plus subscription is not compatible with the eero for Business subscription. eero for Business is incompatible with gen 1 and gen 2 eero routers, eero 6 extender devices, and the eero Plus subscription. Certain eero for Business features are incompatible with PPPoE networks and eero Wi-Fi 7 devices. eero for Business is designed for use by businesses that are small or medium in size ("SMBs"), with up to 100 devices connected to the applicable wifi business network. eero for Business is not designed for use by large or enterprise businesses, or business locations with enterprise-grade needs.
eero Internet Backup Disclaimer: eero Internet Backup performance will vary and you are responsible for data charges with backup connection providers. eero Internet Backup requires a compatible backup internet connection in range of a compatible eero device. eero does not guarantee zero disruption and brief network downtime may occur during failover. Customer is responsible for applicable data charges with backup internet connection providers and ensuring authorized use. Network speeds are dependent on the backup provider, and coverage, uptime, technology, and speeds will vary. Will require backup power if the power goes out. Certain eero or Amazon features may be incompatible with eero Internet Backup.
