How do I block or remove unwanted devices on my network?
You can block unwanted devices in the eero App. Blocking disconnects the device and prevents it from rejoining your network, even if the correct password is entered.
How do I block a device?
Locate the device under Devices in the Home tab, or search for it on the Devices tab
Tap the device's name
On the Device page, tap the
(more options icon) in the top-right cornerTap Block device
How do I unblock a device?
Locate the device in the Blocked section of the Devices tab
On the Device page, tap the

What happens when I block a device?
If the device is online when you block it, it'll immediately lose its internet connection and display an error when attempting to browse. Blocked devices appear in a new list at the bottom of the Devices tab.
Note: Device blocking isn't available on eero networks in bridge mode.

Can I remove a device from my device list?
While there's no option to manually remove a device from your list, devices that haven't connected in 7 days will automatically drop off on their own.
If you'd like a device to stop reconnecting to your network, you'll need to forget the network from that device's wifi settings. Check the device manufacturer's support page for specific steps.
