How do I run a speed test on my eero network?

The eero App automatically runs a speed test every 1 to 3 days. To run a new speed test, follow these steps:

  1. Open the eero App

  2. Tap Internet on the Home tab OR tap the > (right arrow) next to Fastest Upload on the Activity tab

  3. Tap the Run speed test button

  4. Based on your internet connection, your download and upload speed test results will appear in about a minute

Note: The results shown on the eero App test reflect the connection between your gateway eero and a speed test server using your internet service provider's connection. This test doesn't reflect the wifi speeds of your network or devices.
