My eero has a solid white light, but it's not working
A solid white light usually means your eero is online and working normally. If your eero shows a solid white light but devices aren’t connecting to the internet, follow these steps to troubleshoot.
Power cycle your eero
Unplug the power cable from the back of your eero
Wait 30 seconds
Plug the power cable back in
Wait 2 minutes for your eero to fully restart
If your eero comes back online and works normally, you're all set. If not, continue to the next step.
Soft reset your eero
A soft reset restarts your eero's network connection without erasing your settings.
Find the reset button on the bottom or back of your eero
Press and hold the reset button until the LED starts flashing yellow (about 7 seconds)
Release the button
Wait for your eero to restart. This may take 2–3 minutes
Note: Your network name, password, and settings stay the same after a soft reset.
Hard reset your eero
A hard reset removes the eero from your network and restores factory settings. You'll need to set it up again in the eero app.
Find the reset button on the bottom or back of your eero
Press and hold the reset button until the LED flashes red (about 15 seconds)
Release the button
Wait for the eero to fully reset
Open the eero app and add the eero back to your network
Note: A hard reset erases all settings on that eero. You'll need to set it up again as if it were new.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, contact eero Support for further help.
