Authorized reseller policy

You are only eligible to enjoy the full benefits of eero products if you purchase them from eero or an authorized eero reseller. The standard eero warranty applies to eero products that you purchase from authorized eero resellers and you are also entitled to receive support from our trained WiFi experts when purchasing from an authorized reseller.

There are significant risks associated with purchasing eero products from an unauthorized reseller. If you purchase eero products from an unauthorized source, the product may be previously used, counterfeit, or stolen. Additionally, the eero warranty does not cover eero products purchased from an unauthorized reseller and eero support will not provide service.

Unauthorized online resellers of eero products

Protect yourself from unauthorized resellers, such as Amazon marketplace resellers. Determine where the product is being “shipped from” and “sold by.” For example,if the eero product is being sold on the Amazon marketplace, the listing should state that the product is being shipped from Amazon and sold by Amazon. The following is an example of a listing by Amazon, an authorized reseller, that identifies that the product “ships from” and is “sold by” Amazon.com:
