Why does my eero app say "Multiple eeros found"?

The eero app uses Bluetooth to find nearby eeros, but it can only connect to one at a time during setup. This message appears when more than one eero is powered on and ready for setup.

How do I set up my eero when multiple are detected?

  • Find the eero with a solid green LED. That's the one ready for setup.

  • Unplug all other eeros and leave only the one you want to set up powered on.

  • Tap Scan barcode in the app to manually identify the correct eero.

Note: Set up one eero at a time. After the first is set up, plug in the next and repeat.
