Why does my eero app say "Turn on Bluetooth"?

eero uses Bluetooth to communicate with your phone during setup. This message appears when Bluetooth is turned off on your device.

How do I turn on Bluetooth for eero setup?

  • iOS: Go to Settings > Bluetooth and tap to turn it on.

  • Android: Open Settings, search for Bluetooth, and tap to turn it on.

Once Bluetooth is enabled, return to the eero app and try setup again.
